Holiday house "To the beautiful view"
Located in the middle of the Saxon Switzerland on a hill in Königstein you will find our domicile. This guarantees you a beautiful and unobstructed view to the Lilienstein. Since the house only leads to a residential street, you will enjoy the peace .
In 2013 and 2014 it was completely refurbished and become one Energy-efficient house rebuilt. It was taken to plan a resource-saving object as possible and also to create an object with respect to our guests, in which one immediately feels comfortable for the best days of the year.
The house is almost complete (except bedroom DG) with an energy saving Underfloor heating and the lower apartment offers a stove for our guests. A parking space is available for each apartment right in front of the house for you. If you need more than one parking space, we have several parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be brought along.
The two Apartments can be used quite easily together, the entire house can be rented for up to 7 people . The garden is at our guests disposal.In the garden we have a relaxation lounge with barbecue , which invites you to linger. Each apartment has its own spacious terrace with furniture and a relax lounger.
The apartments each have a large one Flat screen with satellite TV, a Blue-Ray / DVD player and a games collection, so even in bad weather, no boredom. WLAN is free of charge for our guests in the house.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets on request.

25% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 0 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 56 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 15 days before arrival or earlier.
10% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 0 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
A local city tax per night and per person of 2,20 € has to be charged additionally. Children between 6 and 17 years will be charged half with 1,60 € per night.
You can book both apartments togehter with up to 7 persons, please ask us in advance (with contact form or by telephone), thank you.
