As booking confirmation we need a deposit of 25% of the final amount of your booking. For bookings of the next year, the deposit has to be paid in next January.
You can cancel your booking as following conditions:
If we can re-rent our apartment(s) your cancelation will be not charged.
Please note, that (if not aggreed) the time for arrival is 2 p.m. ealiest, departure latest until 10 a.m. Thank you.
